Patiences key to customer satisfaction

If you are runnning a business that is based of working directly with businesses or clients like a plumber or providing paid ads, a lot of the time customers can be annoying or slow and don't do what you want, whether it be paying an invoice or giving you access to help them.
This is where patiences is super important because a client could view you as not a priority thus doing what you need them to do, could be low on their checklist. So a friendly reminder never kills and make sure it is a phone call so that way you get directly onto them. Usually that does it and now its all good and everyone is happy.
Every now and then a client can be an absolute pain and simply not corporate with you but no matter what you need to be patience and do whatever is best in that situation. Cause last thing you want to do is to argue or fight the client because that can ruin your reputation thus leading towards getting less overall clients and money which is key for a business.
This even counts to providing patience to your customers say something gets delayed you want to reasure them that it will be all good just wait and do not give any definative answers or false promisers.
Remember we are in the business of making customers happy!
