We will refund our customers in full if they are not happy with our services during the 

In saying this if a customer is on a retainer plan refunds are not applicable but they are able to cancel at any time before the turn over date.

How does cancellations work?

All our services are able to be cancel at any time. In terms of the refund please read the specific passage or contact someone and they will be able to help you further.

How does refund work for paid ads

For our service with ads including Meta and Google. We do not refund the money spent on the ads if the customers decides to cancel with us. But we will refund in full the money paid for our service.

 

How long will the refund take?

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed back into your account. Please be patient as here at Stellar Focus we are professionals and will get back to you.
